People from village require proper career guidance. It can be done by collaborating with village youth groups. So, it is essential to form an organization which aims to reach out to these groups and help them planning career. The standards followed in cities should be known to the youth from villages. Otherwise when they reach cities for higher studies most of them feel left out. It is very essential to create awareness among village children about the various higher studies and the advantages of it. By doing so, the children get a grasp of the importance of various fields in education. It mainly helps them in avoiding the standard path followed by all people earlier (like engineering / medicine). In that too specialization of few selected branches makes situation worse (like IT, CS, ECE, EEE, MBBS). It makes the foundation for their life long confusion of “what they want to achieve in life”? The parents has to be informed of not to intervene in the child’s dreams. They may advice the outcome of child’s dream if they felt the dream of the child is inappropriate. Let’s what kind of effects this brings upon the children from villages.

Polymorphism & Ganesha

This ganesh festival is special festival for me, though i didn’t get a chance to celebrate. Because before the festival, around two weeks before, i used to see the huge and colorful idols of Lord Ganesh. Apart from being large, beautiful there is one extra flovour i noticed in those idols. Thats POLYMORPHISM. Lord Ganesh himself is a perfect example of polymorphism (elephant head & human body), but what i am trying to tell is kind of extreme addon / mixup. One idol had the body of Lord Narayan and head of Lord Ganesh.

I didn’t feel bad about these polymorphisms. But parts of idol of one god should not be imposed on the parts of idol of other gods. The motive behind it could be bring more flavour of same god, to get attraction from the other gods devotees. Its fine with drawing the image of Lord Ganesh in abstract and all possible way without imposing into the body of other gods.

8:30AM I am leaving the house thinking it’s too late to pay electricity bill.
8:34AM Taking the money from ATM.
8:40AM Reached BESCOM 24hr payment center, amused to see only two people in the queue!
8:42AM One person standing there took the bill from me, showed the bar code at the bottom of the bill in front of one bar code reader, took 300Rs from me, inserted that amount into that ATM like machine, over! the bill came with remaining amount as next months reduction!!!!
8:44AM Wondering how fast the bill payment system has changed because of technology!! With only person to handle everything.
8:45AM Thinking of involving in such kind of useful projects, atleast once in life. Hail technology, live collaboration, save time.

Which sorting algorithms should I use? They taught me so many.
This is tricky. Most of what they teach you in school is just as an example of how to think about algorithms; 99% of the time you shouldn’t worry about optimizing your sorts. Just learn to implement Quicksort (which is very good) and use that without fretting about it too much. People overfocus on efficiency over clarity and simplicity. And most of the time the environment you’re coding in will have an efficient sort function built-in anyway.
